How can we help you?

Answers to common questions about licensing, submissions, disputes, and payments — or use the chat bubble in the corner for live help.

How do I submit my music to CueSoul?
Subscribe to an Artist Starter or Artist Pro plan, then head to the submission page. You'll need the full track WAV, an instrumental version (recommended, required for Catalog/Label tier), a 30-second edit, and your genre/mood/BPM/key metadata.
How do sync licensing payments work?
Payments are issued within 14 business days of a confirmed, cleared license transaction. A standard Stripe processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is deducted before your revenue split. Minimum payout threshold is $25 — balances below that carry forward. Artists earning $600+/year receive a 1099-NEC.
Can I list my music on other platforms too?
Yes — CueSoul licenses are non-exclusive by default. You can list elsewhere as long as the track isn't under an exclusive agreement, and you disclose other listings at submission.
How do I dispute a licensing issue?
Submit a written dispute to legal@cuesoul.ai with your Order/Track ID — you'll get a response within 48 hours and a determination within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes move to AAA mediation, then binding arbitration in Shelby County, TN if needed.
What is a one-stop clearance?
Every CueSoul license covers both the master recording and composition rights in a single transaction — no separate publisher or co-writer clearance needed.
What's the Artist Pro plan?
$49/month — unlimited track uploads, 80% revenue share, weekly supervisor pitches, featured rotation, and priority brief matching.
